This logo is designed for a Wechat official account -- "尤加利Eucaly"
This account was created by Eucaly, a brave, strong young girl. She was sanguine and had faith even she was fighting with sickness. She gave the account to us before she went back to China for further treatment. The idea of the account is from the meaning of Eucaly(Eucalypyus) -- Gift and Hope. We want to continue Eucaly's motivation and idea; encourage people with her story and experience.
The design is inspired by Eucaly(Eucalypyus) Her name comes from a plant called Eucalypyus. This plant is used for medical purposes back in the day. Eucalypyus also represents hope and gift. I pick a pastel green palette for the logo because green is a healing, hope and renewal color. All of these are the our goal for this account. For the font, I use an combination of handwritten and san serif Chinese font. The handwritten fonttype gives a relaxing and casual feel to the design.
